a roulette without being a roulette

Me complaining over roulette. 
I dont understand how we can call it a roulette. Not being able to choose between numbers, red or black but only low and high numbers.
How can we call this for a roulette? It feels more like a dice game.

i agree a fixed one that wheel spins and lands random my ass its rigged like everything else here i think
